Jack has been a peripatetic music teacher and choral leader for the past 4 years. He studied piano and music theory under RCM professor Nicholas Moor, and musical theatre and popular music vocals to advanced diploma standard. Jack is now Head of Music for Starlight Dance & Musical Theatre School in Kettering, where he is also Musical Director for productions and teaches singing, piano and music theory. Jack is an experienced choral leader and runs his own community choir in Newport – ‘A Choired Taste’.
From September, Jack will also be a Singing Lecturer with Coventry City Council. As a performer, Jack has played Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar and Kenickie in Grease, as well as working as Vocal Coach on productions of Les Miserables, Miss Saigon and Seussical the Musical. Jack is the front man of Fine Mess, a professional function band who play at weddings and parties across the Midlands.
Jack teaches singing with an emphasis on technique, and he approaches all music education with energy and passion.
