TACT Is Back - September 2025!
We hope this finds you all having a fantastic summer and raring to go for a new year at TACT! We have a lot to tell you about so apologies for the long email, but we want to make sure you know about everything that's going on.
Classes Return: Saturday 6th September
Classes are back from Saturday 6th September! Our all new timetable for classes can be found on our website, just here: https://www.theartscentretelford.com/timetable-1
Please note the following changes to our timetable for September:
New Class: TACT Adult Dance - Tuesdays from 7-8pm. This is a class all about fun and fitness for dancers of any age, ability or experience.
Senior Lyrical & Commercial: Now 1 hour - You said, we did. Our Senior Lyrical and Commerical classes were so popular last year that people said they wanted more, so we have extended the classes from 45 minutes to 1 hour (7-8pm and 8-9pm respectively)
Senior Stage School Returns! We also have big news for all our Beginner, Junior and Senior stage school students, coming soon...
Please note our age range for classes are as follows:
Beginners: Reception - Year 2
Juniors: Year 3 - Year 6
Seniors: Year 7+
If your child is about to move from Beginners to Juniors or from Juniors to Seniors and you feel that they would benefit from some support with transition by remaining in their current class for a period of time, please get in touch, and we will be happy to help.

Private Lesson Return: Monday 1st September
Private lessons are back from Monday 1st September. If you haven't heard from us, your lessons will remain at the same time and day as last year.

Performance Opportunities
Please keep your eyes peeled over the coming days for information about performance opportunities throughout the year at TACT. We are currently in the process of finalising plans and performance venues, but we have some exciting performances lined up for all members of our community this year including showcases, concerts, plays and much more!
Tickets for our annual Christmas Concert at St. Alkmund's Church are already on sale and can be purchased from our box office. This concert will feature performances from all 4 of our wonderful TACT choirs: https://www.theartscentretelford.com/box-office
TACT Social Events

We would love to see you all there and please also invite friends and family who've never been to our centre before. These events are great fun and about bringing people together for a good laugh!
TACT Café
The TACT Café will be opening up again on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings for members, parents/carers, families, friends and anybody else who wants to join us for delicious treats made by Ian and Chris.
Ian and Chris are currently working to develop their menu for the new year and would love your feedback. Final Message
Thank you for your continued support of everything we do. We have the best teachers, the best students, the best families and work in the best community.
